Off season ... May-Jun .. $ 650/week/June 20-July 4, $950/wk
Peak season .. Jul-Aug ........ $1300/week
Fall Season .. Sep-Oct ........ $ 650/week

Please add 7% Maine lodging tax, $75 cleaning fee and $50 pet fee if applicable.
Please note $200 refundable security Deposit.
Some weekend nights available at $150/night.

 

 
Sunflower

June $1250/week, Jul-Aug .. $1850/week. Sept $1250/week.
Refundable security deposit is $300.
Cleaning fee is $100.
Linens Provided.
The rental rate is subject to Maine Sales tax at a rate of 7%.
Please No Smoking.
Pets please inquire.  Fee $50.
 
Policies

 

One half of the reservation is due at the time of booking. The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. We rent by the week, Saturday to Saturday.

Check in is 3:00PM, Checkout is 10:00 AM
